Totally understand! Keep in mind that the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer is now exceeding $100k, plus the cost of benefits. While hiring a freelancer off sites like Upwork may seem like a solid alternative, finding the right designer can be a process. Whether its a more revisions needed or just project scope creep, there may even be additional costs that inflate your budget. At Design Jitsu, we cut all that out so we can get to work and deliver you amazing work, no matter the number of revisions.
While we do offer unlimited requests and revisions, only one task will be worked on at a time. You will be granted your own project board to load up with as much work as possible. From that backlog of requests though, only one task will be in process until it is moved from in progress, to ready for review, to complete. If you need revisions, simply move the task back into the in progress column with notes for us, and we'll continue working on it. When it moves to complete, you can queue up the next task from backlog to in progress.
Typically most design tasks will take a few days. We work in week long sprints, so anything submitted by end of day Wednesday should be ready for review by Monday morning. Although with more complex requests, additional time my be needed.
While the team is very dynamic and loves to play with the latest new toy, most work is designed in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Development is done in either Webflow or Flutterflow.
Great question! While we do cover many areas, there are several that Design Jitsu does not include currently. Anything involving 3D models, animation, motion graphics, designing legal documents or resumes, package design, even extensive print products like magazines and books aren't covered....yet.
While we will continue to work with you as much as possible to revise the final design to your satisfaction, there are no refunds. If for some reason you need to pause your subscription, send us a message. We'll be happy to pause the next billing payment until you are ready to continue. We'll even honor the remaining time of you subscription when you resume. For example if you pause a week before your next bill, when you return, you'll have a week of service before the first bill hits your account. Same with annual subscriptions.
